Gingerbread Bonbon

Gingerbread is a staple of the holidays that some of us can’t live without.  Bite into one of these cute little snowmen to see how you can take a gingerbread cookie and put it in chocolate form.  Milk chocolate is the perfect vessel for gingerbread ganache that is heavy on the ginger, and the gingerbread cookie on the bottom adds to the intense flavor that gives this “bread” it’s name.
