Chocolate Nougat

If you like our French Style Nougat you are in for a treat.  Typically, nougat gets it’s white color from the egg whites and the cocoa butter.  So what if you replace cocoa butter with 65% dark chocolate?  You get Chocolate Nougat, of course! 

Ingredients: Sugar, honey, water, glucose, egg whites, dark chocolate, almonds, pistachios.
