The Gold Apricot® Vodka from Black Infusions is a wonderful flavor that makes a wonderful cocktail with ginger. If it makes a good cocktail, we can put it in bite sized form to make an Apricot Ginger Bonbon! Unlike our Apricot Sage bonbon, this bonbon uses Milk Chocolate ganache to bring out the ginger. It is brightened up with Apricot Jelly and encased in a milk chocolate shell to give you a refreshing reminder of the summer months that are slowly fading to fall. We like to hold on to those as long as we can!
