Cranberry Orange Anise Bonbon

Cranberry jelly and orange and anise infused ganache in a White Chocolate. 5-piece box.

This perennial favorite is back this fall.  The Cranberry Orange Anise Bonbon has all the flavors of our Thanksgiving table packed into one bite.  Cranberry Jelly is layered with Orange and anise infused white chocolate ganache and encased in a shell that is swirled with Ruby, Dark, and White chocolates.  All three chocolates enhance the flavors in the ganache and jelly.
