The newest member of our collaboration with Black Infusions® Vodka is our Dark Cherry Mint Bonbon. This is a delightful blend of cherry jelly and a white chocolate mint leaf ganache all in a white chocolate shell. Where does the “Dark” come from? The Vodka is and infusion with fresh dark cherries instead of tart cherries. This gives it a unique flavor that is brought out with the mint. We think you’ll like it!
