Layered Nougat and Raspberry Caramel

We did layers of Sea Salt Caramel and Nougat and with Chocolate Caramel and Nougat, but now it's summer and time for a change!  For your fruity, summer time enjoyment we give you Raspberry Caramel and Nougat.  As a bonus, it's dairy free! (not vegan because nougat has egg whites and honey of course.)  Don’t blame it for being so good, it can’t help itself!
