Marshmallows

These Light and fluffy home-made marshmallows are made without egg whites and with Fish Gelatin (instead of pork or beef gelatin).  Pop them into your hot chocolate and watch them melt into a beautiful, foamy topping.  Customize your drink with cinnamon marshmallows, or add chocolate richness with our chocolate or chocolate dipped marshmallows.  Other flavors are added from time to time, so check out the seasonal offerings as we bring them out.  And don’t forget about roasting these on a fire!
