Peppermint Chunk Bonbon

What are the holidays without some peppermint sticks?  If you answered “not worth celebrating” then a Peppermint Chunk Bonbon is the perfect bonbon for you.  They are a bite sized, refreshing, and slightly crunchy mix of a peppermint patty and mint ganache all in a dark chocolate shell.  And did we mention they are dairy free and vegan?  So they are health food!  (These claims have not been substantiated by any organization with any shred of decency and are just our high opinion.)
