Saffron Honey Bonbon

Sweet and savory come together in the Saffron Honey Bonbon to give you a sweet earthy taste that you won’t forget.  Spanish saffron has a beautiful color and earthiness that pairs well with a darker wildflower honey.  We put them in a white chocolate ganache and surround them in a white chocolate shell to add creaminess to the mix.  Pair this bonbon with our Cranberry Orange Anise or Apricot Ginger bonbons along with some white wine for a unique experience.
