Aztec Caramel Geode

The Aztec gods might be smiling.  We took their advice and infused a gooey caramel with ancho chili and cinnamon and sandwiched it between two layers of milk chocolate.  It won’t melt your face off, but should put a smile on it!

Ingredients: Sugar, Invert Sugar, Glucose, Cream, Butter, Cocoa Butter, Sea Salt, ancho chili powder, cinnamon powder.
